On behalf of the staff at Central Hastings School (CHS), we are excited to welcome both new and returning Centurions as you plan for the 2025-2026 school year! CHS is proud of its long-standing tradition of delivering quality programs that equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for success in today’s ever-changing world. We are committed to continuously expanding opportunities and refining our programs to ensure we meet the needs of our students and community.
Our school offers exceptional programming designed to prepare students for university, college, apprenticeships, and the workplace. CHS students are widely recognized for their achievements in academics, arts, technology, and athletics, while our dedicated staff work tirelessly to foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment where all students can thrive.
CHS also provides students with unique opportunities to graduate with distinction through the Specialist High Skills Major program in Construction, Transportation, and Information and Communication Technology. In addition, we offer dual credit programming in partnership with Loyalist College. Beyond academics, our school boasts a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports and student leadership initiatives, to enrich the high school experience.
